I eat a Ketogenic diet, which means I don't do sugar and eat under 20g of carbs per day. So I have to keep it simple with alcohol. My go-to drinks are red wine or vodka sodas with lime. 

Recently I heard about Bai Antioxidant drink which is very low in carbs so I decided to pick up the blueberry flavor and add a splash to my vodka soda. Super yummy! The entire bottle of Bai has 1 net carb, but I used less that 1oz in my drink so I'll consider it zero sugar. Yum!

They have a lot of other flavors so this makes a fun easy way to add a little flavor to my summer drinks. I also might try making popsicles with them! 

Add fresh fruit and either mint or basil would take the drink to another level of yumminess and freshness!
